Penny Klipstein has over 40 years of salon expertise as a professional hair stylist in Minneapolis, MN.
Penny graduated from the prestigious Aveda Institute in Minneapolis in 1983. She continues her training in state of the art techniques, styling products and cutting edge hair trends to best serve her clients and maintain a fresh approach to hairdressing.
