Penny Klipstein has 39 years of salon expertise as a professional hair stylist in Minneapolis, MN. 

Penny graduated from the prestigious Aveda Institute in Minneapolis in 1983. She continues her training in state of the art techniques, styling products and cutting edge hair trends to best serve her clients and maintain a fresh approach to hairdressing.

​Isle Bay Salon opened in 2012 and every year since its opening, Isle Bay Salon has been involved in Isle Days parade. After working at Volume Salon in Plymouth, MN for 20 years Penny has retired her business in the Twin Cities in December of 2019 and moved full time to Isle. Penny is incredibly blessed to be apart of the Isle and Mille Lacs area community.
